Charles worth Reserve

Today in c.i.p  we did  same research about   Charles worth Reserve  

What:   Charles worth Reserve is a place of wetlands and native plants and native birds.

Were:  Charles worth Reserve is in Avonhead on Humphreys Dr.


Why: the reason we are going to  Charles worth Reserve is that we are going to go and do some planting you are going to plant native plants 

Native plants: the native plant that we might be planting are  Ackama rosifolia Beilschmiedia tawa Coprosma repens


Native birds: the native birds that we might see are Bellbird  Chatham island robin  kiwi, pukeko  kea and New Zealand.

Drama

This week on Tuesday in drama we had played hot seating is a game which involves two people or more ask the person in the Hot Seat can you ask questions about their physical person you can ask more than 5 questions. 
These are the steps we had to follow.

1. Discussed ways to be physically active. [list 5]
2. People who were good role models for physical activity - describe 2 [names/ activity/how it helps their wellbeing
3. We used HOT SEATING to ask role models open questions [define Hot SEATING]
4. Then we did TV INTERVIEWS of one role-model [FILM]

I chose 3 people to pick one out of the three people.

The first person I choose was Michael Phillips he does swimming he has won a lot of gold medal in Rio.

The second person I did was Sky Brown she does surfing one of her cool skills is learning her 360 and surfing and landing it.

the third person was Sabre Norris she does skateboarding her skills are to do a 540 air she is one of the three girls in the world who can do a 540.

Drama hurumanu

This week on Tuesday we had started our new hurumanu  drama. we have drama for 2 periods on Tuesday and Friday. For the first and second period on Tuesday we played 2 Truths and a Lie 16 steps / Tequila/ Copy Circle/ Statues/ yes let’s/ freeze and focus these photos are from the game we played , freeze frame to show and tell what we know about ‘Hauora’.

Coal - has been used for thousands of years it has been around for  lots of years  it is used for power and generation, they help people but the opposite for the world and it is more like - One example is to they are used for factories and making fires, it causes pollution, it will make our ozone more bigger and more used.
2. Oil

Write a paragraph and upload an image about each of these renewable energies.

Solar
- it is used for power in your home and other places so just for power and also like photo mechanical

Wind

you can also use wind for mechanical power  it can also be used for pumping grinding or grain  it can be used in specific reasons  like business school's homes and others so it is also like power 

Waves
waves is about the temperature in the water so the level  so if it is a wave it would be bodily which is a wave and no wave would be piling up the water if you don't know what bodily mean it is when you take a own risk and take a body to body so one by one if you don't know what piling is it is heavy stakes or posts

Hydro
hydro is like the oldest power we have ever had in the world but it is generating power when flowing water spins a wheel or turbine it is more used by farmers as way back for grain and hay
